Breakfast Plate

 
 

Sometimes on the weekend when I don’t have much to make, I make a random plate for breakfast with whatever I have..

Ingredients

  • 2 pasture raised eggs

  • chili oil crunch

  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese

  • sumo orange

  • 1/4 avocado


Instructions

While this isn’t much of a recipe, I like sharing my feel-good meals. This breakfast plate is balanced, satisfying, and packed with nutrients. You have protein from the eggs and cottage cheese to keep you full, healthy fats from the avocado, and the orange gives you a boost of vitamin C and natural energy. The chili crunch adds a little heat and flavor, making this random breakfast anything but boring.
