About Me

a little bit about me

My love for all things wellness started young. My family owns a fitness center and both of my parents always taught us to prioritize fitness and nutrition. I spent my childhood playing on Pilates reformers at our gym and watching my mom cook nourishing, homemade meals each night. In high school, I started a food Instagram with my best friends to share our foodie adventures, and I’ve been creating and sharing ever since.

During my college years at the University of Miami, I really found my rhythm in the kitchen. I started cooking for myself, calling my mom for recipes and learning to recreate the comfort meals I grew up on. With my dad’s Italian roots and my mom’s Greek heritage, I’ve been lucky to grow up with an abundance of incredible family recipes that still inspire me every day.

my story

After earning my bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with minors in Biology and Exercise Physiology, I pursued my passion for health by obtaining my Nutrition and Healthy Living Certification from Cornell University. Through this program, I got to explore a holistic view of how what we eat and how we move our bodies can really affect our health all the way down to the cellular level.

As I learned to tune into what felt good in my own body, I discovered my love for Pilates. It became more than just a workout for me. Pilates was a way to move mindfully, strengthen my body, and feel genuinely good from the inside out. A year after graduating, I decided to take it a step further and became a certified mat Pilates instructor.
