Ingredients

  • ½ cup low fat cottage cheese

  • ½ cup fruit of choice (blueberries, strawberries, banana, etc.)

  • ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp honey

I love making a sweet cottage cheese bowl as a quick breakfast or snack! You can use whatever fruit you want. This combo is light but protein packed, with just enough sweetness and antioxidants from the berries and honey.
