Burger in a Bowl

Ingredients
1 small russet potato
4 oz lean ground beef
1 cup chopped romaine
6–8 cherry tomatoes, halved
2–3 pickles, sliced
¼ small red onion, sliced
burger sauce: 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp relish, 1 tsp pickle juice (optional)
avocado oil, salt & pepper
Instructions:
Peel and slice potato into fry-shaped pieces, coat with avocado oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry at 400°F for 15-20 minutes. Chop romaine and add to a bowl with halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and chopped pickles. In a separate bowl, mix ketchup, mustard, relish, and pickle juice for a homemade burger sauce. Cook lean ground beef in a pan, seasoning with salt and pepper, add the cooked beef on top of the salad, add crispy fries on the side or on top of the bowl, drizzle with the burger sauce.
