Baked Chicken Cutlets
Ingredients
1 package boneless skinless chicken breasts (thinly sliced)
1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
4-6 eggs, ¼ cup grated Parmesan
1 tbsp dried parsley, salt, pepper
Instructions:
Follow same instructions from chicken cutlet recipe but instead of frying, put the breaded chicken onto a baking sheet with tin foil, spray with a little avocado oil, and bake at 400 for 18 minutes flipping halfway through.
Top with marinara and mozzarella to make chicken parm, serve with side salad and some high protein pasta to make this a balanced meal!
