Carrot Fries

 
 

Ingredients

2 servings

  • 4 large carrots

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese


Instructions:

Peel carrots and cut into fry shaped pieces. Add to mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, nutritional yeast, grated parmesan. Air fry at 400 degrees 15 mins shaking halfway through until crispy.

I love these as a side with steak and arugula salad. I keep my salad simple with just arugula, (pickled) red onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar. With A1 sauce for dipping!
